Aspect Software
We supported Aspect Software with a full-service social media strategy tailored primarily to the DACH market. Our work included developing and managing ongoing social media content calendars, community management, and paid campaigns (LinkedIn and Xing) to drive targeted reach. We also delivered engaging Twitter chats with influencers, employee social media training and provided onsite “roving reporter” coverage at key events to capture and amplify live content. Results included a 2x increase in social media followers, a 27% engagement rate on Twitter, and a 10% uplift in website traffic from social channels year/year.
Blue Prism
For Blue Prism, Crowdfluence delivered a strategic social media programme focused on the DACH and CEE markets. We managed an “always on” organic content calendar to ensure consistent brand visibility and engagement across channels. Dell Technologies Forum 2018-25
Since 2018, Crowdfluence has been a strategic social media partner for the Dell Technologies Forum. We developed and executed a global social media plan, providing scalable guidance and content leveraged by local teams in over 40 countries. Our work included planning and managing paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter/X, supporting local marketing teams worldwide. We also pioneered the tracking of direct ROI from social media engagement, with pre-pandemic campaigns driving over 10% of event registrations directly from social posts. Dell Technologies Forum podcast
In the past few years, Crowdfluence has supported Dell Technologies in creating and launching two Dell Tech Forum podcast series in partnership with a specialist agency. We developed and executed a full promotional strategy across social media, including organic and paid campaigns, to maximise reach and engagement. To further amplify visibility, we ran targeted programmatic ad campaigns and Spotify ads, driving strong listener growth and extending Dell Technologies and their partners’ thought leadership to new audiences.
SAP LeanIX
Over a three-year partnership, Crowdfluence supported this enterprise architecture software start up through its growth journey from a LeanIX, a private company, to becoming SAP LeanIX. Our primarily organic social media strategy significantly increased the company’s visibility with investors, partners, and customers—growing its LinkedIn following alone from 11,800 to over 36,000. We also delivered end-to-end content planning and execution to support both SAP LeanIX-hosted and third-party event presence, enhancing and engagement across key touchpoints.
VEEAM Software
We worked with VEEAM to enhance their social media presence through strategic initiatives. We organised multiple influencer-led Twitter chats (Crowdchats) to support product launches, fostering real-time engagement and expanding reach within key audiences. Additionally, we executed targeted paid social media campaigns to promote VEEAM’s launches and events, driving increased visibility and attendance.
